Our Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal. If your purchase is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by email immediately. If you receive an item other than the one ordered we will issue a return authorization number and ship a replacement. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we will offer a full refund or store credit once the item is returned in original condition, excluding packaging.
Please contact us via email at returns@prorockgear.com BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without first contacting us may not receive immediate attention.
If your item is damaged during shipping or found to be defective in any way, return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. It is important that you contact us within 30 days if you intend to return an item. Items returned to us after 30 days or without contacting us may not be refunded and may incur additional shipping and restocking fees.
Please note: We do not refund all shipping costs on returned items unless otherwise stated by email. Our website is automated and orders go directly to our warehouse for packaging and shipping.
